Job summary

GFT is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our Construction Services Team in Owings Mills, MD, operating in a hybrid model with regular office attendance. The role requires coordinating contracts, ensuring safety compliance, managing crews, and driving projects to meet schedule and budget.

You will mentor teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead efforts to improve site performance and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of experience in construction inspection, construction supervision, or construction engineering, including two years of supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of contracted work across one or multiple projects, keeping everything on track and cost-effective.
• Plan and sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and monitor materials, equipment, and crews.
• Deliver projects on schedule and on budget.
• Create a job site where people are inspired to do their best work, guided by a clear vision.
• Lead safety programs and conduct regular inspections to meet standards.
• Maintain schedules and communicate milestones to subcontractors and stakeholders.
