Donaldson is actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, lead, and execute select corporate-wide facilities construction projects. The role includes oversight of new construction, leased space buildouts, and manufacturing/office renovations, with a hybrid schedule at the Bloomington office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of construction projects from initiation through go-live.
• Define project scope, requirements and value engineering actions.
• Coordinate Project Charter, resource plan, and high-level schedule for cross-functional teams.
• Lead project team meetings and manage site assessments and contractor relations.
