The role requires coordinating internal stakeholders and external contractors, with a focus on scope, budgets, safety, and timely delivery across the Real Estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project life cycle from initiation to go live.
• Define project scope, requirements, and change orders.
• Develop project charter, resource plan, and high level schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Ensure budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
