Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bloomington. You will plan, lead, and deliver corporate-wide facilities construction projects, including new construction, leased space buildouts, and manufacturing or office renovations, coordinating internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Travel is up to 20-25%, requires a 7+ year track record in project management, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of building codes and building regulations; HVAC/MEP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of construction projects from initiation to go-live.
• Lead requirements and scope definition, change orders, and value engineering.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders.
