Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in design, construction, facilities, or capital project delivery.
• Experience managing interior renovations, site work, or workplace projects in active environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience developing scopes of work, budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, and change orders.
• Knowledge of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, value engineering, and cost control.
• Ability to travel 20–30% across US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owners representative and primary coordination point among stakeholders, leadership, and vendors.
• Evaluate feasibility, constraints, and risks with design and construction partners.
• Develop project strategy, scope, programming requirements, and preliminary schedules.
• Prepare budgets and funding requests with Finance for capital approvals.
• Create RFPs, solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and present recommendations.
• Lead project updates, document decisions, and manage risks or constraints.
• Monitor trends in workplace design and delivery to improve standards.
• Collaborate with in-house teams and vendors to finalize plans and requirements.
• Prepare bid analyses, savings logs, and value engineering recommendations.
• Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and schedules.
• Prepare final budgets and executive submissions for ELT review.
• Ensure permits, insurance, safety documentation, and compliance before work begins.
