Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager in Mansfield, MA to oversee all phases of construction projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, on-budget performance, and adherence to quality standards while coordinating with senior staff and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of PM experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM/Architecture/Engineering.
• Proven budgeting, scheduling and risk management skills.
• Exceptional leadership, team management and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation and tracking of construction projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope with senior management and develop detailed work plans.
• Determine resources (time, budget, equipment) required for the project.
• Develop schedules and allocate resources effectively to activities.
• Review schedules with stakeholders and adjust as needed.
• Execute the project according to plan and ensure quality standards.
