Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Construction Administrator (PCA) to support the Architect of Record during construction, ensuring contract documents are correctly implemented.

The PCA will act as CESO's representative in construction communications and client-facing activities throughout the project. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 5 years of experience, with CCAC/OSHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience assisting with managing or managing projects in a design/construction field.
• CCCA certification is preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 is preferred.
• Computer skills to enter daily timesheet data and use Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal/external team members to review shop drawings and provide RFIs, observations, reports, punch lists, and site measurements.
• Represent CESO and Architect of Record in client meetings and site visits; report updates and findings to the team.
• Willingness to travel as schedules dictate.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to provide feedback to improve documents and constructability.
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment to meet client and contractor schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
