Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks a Project Construction Administrator (PCA) to support the Architect of Record and the architectural team during construction. You will ensure contract documents are properly implemented, serving as CESO's representative to the contractor and client throughout the project.

You will coordinate RFIs, shop drawing reviews, site observations, and reports, while collaborating with team members to improve quality and constructability. Travel will be required as schedules dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience assisting with managing projects or directly managing projects in a design/construction field.
• CCCA certification is preferred; OSHA 10/30 is preferred.
• Proficiency with project software and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel as project schedules dictate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team members and consultants to review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, perform site observations and reports, and manage pay applications.
• Represent CESO and the Architect during construction client meetings and site visits; report updates to the team.
• Travel as project schedules dictate.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to address issues affecting document quality and constructability.
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment to meet client and contractor timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
