Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Construction Administrator (PCA) to support the Architect of Record and CESO's architectural team during construction.

You will ensure contract documents are implemented, represent CESO in communications with Contractors, and act as the Client's representative throughout construction. Primary responsibilities include coordinating shop drawings, RFIs, observations, and reports; attending client meetings and site visits; traveling as schedules dictate; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience assisting with managing projects or directly managing projects in design/construction.
• CCCA certification and OSHA 10/30 are preferred.
• Ability to travel and strong skills with Microsoft Office and project software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal/external team members to review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and manage construction observations and reports.
• Represent CESO and Architect of Record in client meetings and site visits; report findings to stakeholders.
• Travel as project schedules dictate and support constructability feedback to improve documents.
• Assist Project Manager to ensure turnaround times and schedules are met; perform other duties as assigned.
