Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Construction Administrator (PCA) to support the Architect of Record and design team during construction.

The PCA will communicate with the contractor, ensure contract documents are followed, and act as CESO’s client representative throughout construction. The role requires coordinating shop drawing reviews, RFIs, site observations, and reports while traveling as schedules demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience assisting with or managing projects in a design/construction setting.
• CCCA certification is preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 is preferred.
• Proficiency with project software and document controls (Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Procore, PlanGrid, Newforma).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team members and consultants to review shop drawings and RFIs.
• Represent CESO during construction client meetings and site visits.
• Travel as project schedules dictate.
• Provide feedback to improve document quality and constructability.
• Prioritize tasks to meet client and contractor turnaround times.
