CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Construction Administrator (PCA) to work with the Architect of Record and the project team during construction, ensuring contract documents are implemented and CESO is represented in all communications.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of experience, travel as needed, and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore. CESO offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects or assisting in a design/construction related field.
• CCCA certification preferred; OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reviews, RFIs, observations, punch lists, and pay applications with project team.
• Represent CESO and Architect during client meetings and site visits.
• Travel as project schedules dictate.
• Provide feedback to improve document quality and constructability.
• Prioritize tasks to meet client and contractor deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
