Chapter 13 Trustee Middle District of Alabama is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join our practice in Hartford, Stamford, or New Haven with a two-day-per-week remote option. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience before local, state, and federal courts, and a strong command of litigation skills including research, writing, and oral advocacy.

Salary ranges from $160,000 to $205,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Minimum of three years of experience appearing before local/state agencies and/or federal and state courts.
• Experience with construction contracting matters is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; client service mindset and case management abilities.
