Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience appearing before courts/agencies, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, plus top academic credentials and a client-service mindset. Salary ranges from $160,000 to $205,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience appearing before local and state agencies and/or federal and state courts, ideally on construction matters.
• Experience with construction contracting matters is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with a client service mindset and strong case management skills.
• Top academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
