McPhail Sanchez LLC seeks a Construction Litigation Associate for our Hartford, Stamford, or New Haven offices with two remote days per week. Candidates should have 3+ years appearing before courts/agencies, preferably on construction matters, and strong research, writing, and advocacy abilities. Construction contracting experience is a plus.

• Minimum of three years of experience appearing before local and state agencies and/or federal and state courts, ideally on construction matters.
• Experience with construction contracting matters is a plus.
