Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in a compliance, regulatory, financial, or legal environment strongly preferred.
• Experience in a legal conflicts environment preferred.
• Database research experience (Lexis, Elite and LegalKey/Elegrity/Intapp/iManage) preferred.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, strong PC and data entry skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and solid work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive corporate research from multiple sources and build corporate trees.
• Review, analyze, and interpret complex search results for conflict analysis and reporting.
• Generate conflict reports and follow-up on outstanding conflict requests, often urgent.
• Review contents of conflict reports and identify resolutions.
• Communicate relevant information and next steps to attorneys, including waivers.
• Assist with drafting and revising waiver language under supervision.
• Request and record required conflict resolution documentation.
• Assist in triaging and processing searches for lateral, bankruptcy, and independence memos.
• Create new matter files and maintain client and matter data in the Elite system.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.
