Job summary

Astronics Connectivity Systems and Certification in Lake Zurich, IL, is seeking a detail-focused professional for document control and data management. The role supports LRUs design documentation, BOM maintenance in ERP, and ECO preparation, routing, and release within PLM workflows.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and PM teams, maintain the STC/FAA compliance data, organize the library both physically and digitally, and actively participate in the Quality Management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in a document control/engineering/manufacturing setting.
• Associates degree in engineering/technical or data management is preferred.
• Experience with controlled documents, ERP/PLM systems and ECO processes.

Responsibilities

• Process, release and transmit documentation for LRUs and installation/certification packages.
• Create/maintain BOMs in ERP; manage ECO creation and routing.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality and PM to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain STC/FAA compliance data and participate in CCB meetings.
• Organize and manage library data (physical and digital) and contribute to QMS.
