Job summary

Coghlin Companies invites a Configuration Management and Document Control Specialist to join our on-site team in Westborough, MA. You will develop and maintain ECO tracking methodologies, draft change procedures, and coordinate documentation and training for engineering staff.

Collaborate with Product Development, IT, and Manufacturing to ensure accurate BOM data, PLM/MRP updates, and compliant change control processes. Prior experience with CAD/PDM workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting and maintaining ECO workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with IT and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with BOM management and PLM/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a methodology to capture, track, implement and manage ECOs for clients and programs.
• Drafts and releases procedures to ensure team adherence to document control workflows and processes.
• Coordinates implementation, testing, and training activities for ECO/BOM management software like PLMs or MRP systems.
• Acts as liaison between IT and other segments to solve issues with ECO/BOM management software.
• Works with program managers and project engineers to tailor the methodology to client needs.
