Qualifications

• Experience managing cost, schedule, risk on complex development programs.
• Experience in customer-facing program management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated program teams for avionics development.
• Direct programs from contract award through completion.
• Develop SOWs for outsourced work packages.
• Lead proposal efforts for RFPs.
• Analyze supplier proposals for cost, technical capability, risk, and delivery.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Define and manage program objectives, milestones, and plans.
