Job summary

Portillo’s Hot Dogs, LLC is seeking a Concierge to manage inbound calls, voicemails, and emails for catering orders and guest services. This hybrid role is based at our Oak Brook, IL center, with four onsite days and up to one remote day.

Expect eight-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, plus weekend and holiday availability. You will drive revenue through calls, support sales campaigns, and build lasting guest relationships while delivering Portillo’s renowned hospitality.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to handle calls, emails, and chats with accuracy.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred to support diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, voicemails, and emails for catering and guest needs.
• Engage in outbound calls for follow-ups and guest outreach.
• Support sales campaigns and drive revenue growth.
• Provide accurate information about offerings and policies.
• Document interactions and update guest records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve guest experience.
