Job summary

Portillo’s Hot Dogs, LLC in Sycamore, IL is seeking a friendly Crew Member to greet guests, describe menu items, take orders and process payments at the counter or drive-through.

Work with urgency to keep lines moving, collaborate with teammates, and deliver accurate food orders. You will also handle catering and take-out orders by phone and may serve alcoholic beverages (21+). This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Describe menu items and answer guest questions.
• Take orders and accept payments at the cashier counter or drive-through.
• Work with urgency to keep long lines moving.
• Collaborate with team to assist guests and fellow crew.
• Pass out food orders to guests with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Take catering and take-out orders over the phone.
• Verify online, catering and phone orders for accuracy, accept payment and serve alcoholic beverages (must be 21).
• Help guests plan special events.
