Job summary

Portillos Hot Dogs, LLC is hiring team members to greet guests, describe menu items, and process orders at both the cashier and drive‑through. You will help maintain fast service, work closely with teammates, and ensure accuracy of order numbers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Able to work evenings and holidays as required.
• Comfortable working in outdoor temperatures below 33°F.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Describe menu items and answer any questions guests may have.
• Take orders and payments accurately at the cashier counter and in the drive‑through.
• Work with a sense of urgency to keep long lines moving smoothly.
• Serve as a team player by helping and serving team members and guests.
• Pass out food orders to guests while ensuring order numbers are correct.
• Take catering and take‑out orders over the phone, confirm accuracy, accept payment, serve alcoholic beverages (must be 21), and assist guests in planning special events.
