Job summary

NES Fircroft is looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to support cost planning and preconstruction efforts on complex projects. This hybrid role allows for flexibility, with one onsite visit per month in Rhode Island, which maintains close collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in digital tools like On Screen Takeoff and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience within a GC or CM environment.
• Proven experience with conceptual and design phase estimating.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and design development estimates across all phases of design.
• Perform early phase budgeting and cost modeling using historical data.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, designers, and external partners.
