Job summary

InteCare is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee organizational compliance, data integrity, performance monitoring, accreditation readiness, and staff training. The role includes coordinating CARF readiness and acting as ClickUp Super User to improve workflow and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least two years of compliance or quality improvement experience. Supervisory experience and familiarity with HMIS and grant reporting are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in compliance, quality improvement, healthcare administration, behavioral health, or related field.
• Experience with CARF accreditation, audits/monitoring, HMIS, performance measurement, or grant-funded programs preferred.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational compliance, data integrity, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate readiness for audits, CARF accreditation, and funder reviews.
• Serve as ClickUp Super User; develop workflows, dashboards, and training.
• Coordinate departmental training and onboarding.
• Support Quality Improvement activities and grant reporting.
• Ensure data consistency across VA, portal, HMIS, and dashboards.
• Participate in management team and organizational initiatives.
• Provide backup for financial approvals as needed.
