InteCare is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee organizational compliance, data integrity, performance monitoring, accreditation readiness, and staff training. The role includes coordinating CARF readiness and acting as ClickUp Super User to improve workflow and reporting.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least two years of compliance or quality improvement experience. Supervisory experience and familiarity with HMIS and grant reporting are a plus.

The Compliance Manager provides oversight of organizational compliance, data integrity, performance monitoring, accreditation and audit readiness, and staff training. This position works across programs to ensure requirements are consistently met, performance data is accurate and meaningful, and systems are in place to support continuous quality improvement. The Compliance Manager also serves as InteCare’s ClickUp Super User and supervises assigned compliance staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Quality Improvement, Business Administration, Social Services, or related field required; master’s degree preferred. Minimum two years of experience in compliance, quality improvement, healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a related field. Experience with CARF accreditation, audits/monitoring, HMIS, performance measurement, and/or grant-funded programs preferred. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of compliance, quality improvement, accreditation, and audit-readiness practices. Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, reporting, and workflow systems. Strong written, verbal, training, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
Hybrid work environment with onsite presence and moderate travel required for site visits, audits, monitoring, accreditation activities, trainings, and organizational meetings.
