Job summary

GT Independence, LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead organizational QA, compliance, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, this role supervises QA Associates and ensures adherence to regulatory and CARF standards across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience relevant to the work performed.
• Direct experience preparing for CARF Accreditation (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
• Experience working with large and complex data sets, identifying trends, risks, and areas requiring further review.
• Knowledge of quality improvement, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in supervision, business management, and leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CARF accreditation activities, including readiness planning and corrective action planning.
• Oversee health and safety compliance for all organizational locations.
• Supervise Quality Assurance Specialists and provide leadership and coaching.
• Organize and participate in quality assurance, compliance, satisfaction, and improvement committees.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Oversee the design, administration, and reporting of stakeholder surveys and feedback initiatives.
• Monitor incident reporting, grievances, complaints, and escalation processes for timely resolution.
• Utilize AI and automation to improve QA processes and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain data integrity initiatives, audits, and quality checks.
