Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the compliance training calendar and reporting, coordinating with HR and LMS.
• Lead internal/external audits: scheduling, document collection, remediation, reporting.
• Manage policy rollout processes with cross-functional reviews and version control.
• Produce dashboards for senior leadership including training, audits, and compliance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives with engineering, product, and HR teams.
• Maintain compliance program documentation and timelines, including regulatory deadlines.
• Support regulatory meetings, board briefings, and executive communications.
• Track budget, vendor contracts, and technology renewals with improvement recommendations.
• Provide guidance on established governance requirements and compliance processes.
