Job summary

PetSmart is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead the Proprietary Brands compliance program, establishing policies and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Sourcing, Brands, Merch, QA, and others to ensure PB products meet regulatory guidance and internal standards.

You will define workplans, track dependencies, and drive accountability across teams, influencing stakeholders and translating regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years PM experience in consumer goods.
• 3+ years managerial experience in Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance, or a related function.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PB Compliance Program strategy, plans, milestones, and metrics.
• Govern cross-functional execution with legal, sourcing, brands, QA, and suppliers.
• Develop integrated project plans and manage dependencies and timelines.
• Identify risks, drive corrective actions, and monitor progress.
• Prepare remediation plans and maintain governance and reporting.
