Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Manager, Legal Programs (Product) to design, build, and continually improve legal programs ensuring product, marketing, and supply chain compliance as we scale. You’ll translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes and stand up intake workflows, review programs, and cross-functional playbooks.

You will partner with Privacy, Regulatory, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to formalize governance, documentation, and audit trails while maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management within a regulated industry.
• Designing and building programs from scratch including intake, workflow, governance.
• Experience in supply chain, marketing/advertising, or product regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to map workflows, remove friction, and build reusable playbooks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product and Engineering.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication with multi-workstream oversight.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action, delivering structure in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable legal compliance programs from the ground up, including scope, intake, workflows, SLAs, and governance.
• Create repeatable playbooks, templates, checklists, and self-serve resources to reduce cycle time.
• Manage knowledge repositories and guidance documents for self-service tooling.
• Build and run compliance for marketing content, substantiation, and approvals across teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory to operationalize compliance across sourcing and fulfillment.
• Serve as conduit between Legal and business teams, triaging requests and tracking resolution.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and maintain artifacts like trackers and decision records.
