Job summary

COA Network Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee DBE, HUB, SBE, MBE/WBE programs and ensure audit-ready documentation.

You'll monitor contractor commitments, analyze data, and work with agencies, prime contractors, and project teams to maintain regulatory compliance. The role requires hands-on monitoring, regulatory judgment, and proactive problem-solving.

Hybrid schedule with three days onsite and local travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance, contract administration, audit, or related experience.
• Experience monitoring HUB/DBE/SBE/MBE-WBE programs.
• Knowledge of USDOT DBE requirements under 49 CFR Part 26.
• Experience with compliance reporting systems such as B2Gnow.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience considered.
• Willingness to travel locally and work onsite in Aurora.

Responsibilities

• Administer DBE, HUB, SBE, MBE/WBE, ACDBE programs.
• Monitor contractor commitments, utilization, and payments.
• Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
• Review contracts and bid documents for compliance obligations.
• Document Good Faith Efforts and substitutions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports.
