Job summary

Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services in New York is seeking a Corporate Compliance Coordinator to join the hybrid team. You will serve as investigator for compliance complaints, conduct investigations from intake to closure, and support audits, corrective actions and programmatic reviews.

The role requires 1–3 years in healthcare compliance, strong interview and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MS/MA/MPA/LCSW/LMSW preferred.
• 1-3 years healthcare compliance experience.
• Prior experience conducting investigations with reporting.
• Knowledge of OPWDD/OMH/DOHMH/OCFS/ACS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the assigned investigator for compliance complaints, allegations and incidents.
• Manages investigations from intake through closure, including planning and interviews.
• Conducts timely, objective interviews with staff, clients/consumers, family members and others.
• Maintains organized, confidential investigation files and writes findings.
• Supports programmatic audits, corrective actions and POCA development.
