Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an IT ERM Director to lead risk management across the Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering, guiding risk assessments, remediation efforts, and regulatory compliance. You will work with IT risk, internal audit, and management to strengthen control environments and drive risk-aware decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• BA / BS and/or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred
• Audit or Technical Certification preferred (CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, etc)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT risk assessments and risk remediation activities
• Develop and enforce department risk policies and procedures
• Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line risk functions across the 3 lines of defense
• Mentor and develop IT risk staff and drive action plans to closures
• Build strong partnerships with IT and control evaluation teams across the organization
