Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Communications Analyst to support archiving, encrypted email, and social media provisioning for financial professionals.

You will set up user access, run compliance reports, and partner with vendors to resolve issues while ensuring confidentiality and policy adherence. The role emphasizes strong customer service, technical troubleshooting, and the ability to educate professionals on compliant communication practices.

Formación

• Two or more years of related experience, education, and/or training in a compliance or tech-support role.
• Strong customer-service mindset and empathy when helping others.
• Technical troubleshooting skills including resolving access issues like password resets.
• Comfort navigating and working in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Smarsh, and Redtail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial professionals with tech support for archiving, encrypted email, and social media provisioning.
• Set up new user access in supervision and compliance software.
• Run reports and analyze data within compliance systems.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to troubleshoot issues.
• Educate professionals on confidentiality when sharing client information via email.
• Ensure users adhere to policies and procedures; track and follow up on open issues.
