Job summary

Securian Financial is seeking a proactive Senior Business Compliance Analyst to oversee Affinity Solutions’ regulatory and compliance requests across client, product, and financial teams. The role coordinates due-diligence responses, regulatory inquiries, complaint reviews, and marketing material submissions with internal and external partners.

The position lives in a hybrid work model, with offices within commutable distance for in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate information and provide accurate, timely responses.
• Excellent problem solving, negotiation and communication skills to incorporate compliance into business processes.
• Experience enforcing compliance with policies and procedures and updating them based on audits or regulatory changes.
• Attention to detail with flexibility to manage changing priorities.
• Proven track record working across functions and with all levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client & partner due-diligence responses and updates.
• Monitor TPA audit administration, coordinate findings and remediation items.
• Support regulatory inquiries and market conduct examination responses with deadlines and action items.
• Lead complaint review documentation and monitor trends.
• Monitor and document legislative and regulatory developments impacting Affinity products or operations.
• Administer intake and tracking of marketing materials for Product & Advertising Compliance review.
• Create and maintain business-area marketing content within Adobe Express for affinity partner initiatives.
