Job summary

Continental Finance Company is a growing financial technology company that leads the marketplace in marketing and servicing credit cards. We are seeking a Compliance Analyst I to support the Compliance team and help ensure operations comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

The role focuses on compliance monitoring, testing, policy maintenance, and issue tracking across credit card programs and other consumer lending partnerships, working closely with Compliance leadership and business

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, legal support, or consumer financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations applicable to consumer lending and credit cards (TILA, FCRA, ECOA, EFTA, UDAAP).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Company’s CMS, including monitoring, testing, policy maintenance, and training.
• Assist with regulatory change management across consumer lending programs.
• Document testing results, draft summaries, and escalate issues to Compliance leadership.
• Prepare for internal audits, regulatory examinations, and partner oversight reviews.
