Job summary

Continental Finance Company is seeking a Compliance Analyst I to support the Compliance Management System across consumer credit products. You will assist with monitoring, testing, and policy updates while collaborating with leadership and business units to ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in compliance or related fields, with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or law.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, legal support, or consumer financial services.
• Working knowledge of consumer protection laws such as TILA, FCRA, ECOA, EFTA, UDAAP is a plus.
• Experience supporting monitoring, testing, and regulatory review activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with fintech, banking, or consumer lending operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CMS execution including monitoring, testing, policy maintenance, and complaint analysis.
• Assist with regulatory change management and tracking.
• Document testing results and elevate issues to Compliance leadership.
• Maintain compliance documentation and testing workpapers.
• Support internal audits, regulatory exams, and partner oversight reviews.
• Assist with corrective action tracking and remediation efforts.
