Job summary

Marsh's Complex Liability Consulting (CLC) practice is seeking a dynamic Insurance Casualty Coverage Consultant- Complex Liability to help grow this high-impact team. Location is any U.S.

Marsh office; you will implement strategic plans and leverage advanced technology to maximize clients’ insurance recoveries on mass tort and complex claims. You will review policy documents, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver client deliverables while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience evaluating and negotiating coverage on multi year casualty / liability claims.

• Deliver the highest level of technical advice that drives optimal client outcomes.
• Create client deliverables that showcase our value and enhance our reputation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, instilling confidence and enabling success.
• Lead client needs analysis, develop project plans, and recommend effective approaches.

• Show the consultant mindset by proactively identifying and addressing client concerns or issues.
• Develop project requirements and work plans within your practice or technical area.
• Align products and services with clients’ key needs.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality.
