Job summary

Marsh's Complex Liability Consulting practice is seeking a dynamic Insurance Casualty Coverage Consultant to help grow our mass tort and complex claims expertise.

You will apply deep knowledge of complex insurance programs, manage insurer communications, review policy provisions, and negotiate coverage and loss allocation on behalf of clients.

We offer hybrid work arrangements, competitive pay with a base salary in the $115k–$160k range plus performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of casualty/liability claim evaluation and negotiation experience with insurers, TPAs, risk management, consulting firms or law firms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level technical advice that drives optimal client outcomes.
• Create client deliverables that showcase value and enhance reputation.
• Respond promptly to client requests and instill confidence.
• Lead client needs analysis, develop project plans, and recommend effective approaches.
• Use diagnostic skills to help clients articulate complex challenges.
• Proactively identify and address client concerns or issues.
• Develop project requirements and work plans within your practice area.
• Align products and services with clients' key needs.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
