Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to high complexity claims per protocol and authorize disbursements within limits.
• Provide exceptional customer service with timely updates to insureds and claimants.
• Verify coverage, establish reserves, and review policy language.
• Investigate to determine liability, damages and compensability; gather evidence.
• Mentor/coach less experienced claim professionals when needed.
