Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Five years of professional HR experience in compensation, HRIS, analytics, or related area.
• Professional HR certification or CCP, or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains compensation programs, pay plans, and data.
• Manages position control processes and reconciles data across systems.
• Administers HRIS and partners with IT for updates, testing, and enhancements.
• Develops HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Audits HRIS and personnel data for accuracy and integrity.
