Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of compensation experience.
• Experience with salary surveys (Aon Radford or similar).
• Experience with HRIS or compensation management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compensation analyses for new and existing positions, including market pricing and salary ranges.
• Assist with job evaluation and leveling activities, ensuring consistent job scope and classification.
• Submit annual and ad hoc compensation surveys (Aon Radford, etc.).
• Assist with annual merit, promotion, and bonus cycles; validate data and generate reports.
• Support post-cycle reconciliation in HRIS/payroll systems.
• Perform compensation data audits and analyses (range penetration, compa-ratio, market positioning).
• Support HRIS transactions and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain compensation procedures, tools, and documentation.
• Advise on state and federal employment regulations related to compensation.
