Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support and develop the company's compensation programs across nationwide solar, storage, and substation projects. You will perform analyses, help with market pricing, and assist with annual compensation cycles to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with salary surveys, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR teams. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in compensation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Aon Radford or similar salary survey platforms preferred.
• Experience with an HRIS or compensation management system preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compensation analyses for new and existing positions, including market pricing and salary ranges.
• Support job evaluation and leveling activities to ensure consistent job scope and classification.
• Coordinate annual and ad hoc salary surveys (Aon Radford) and validate data.
• Assist with annual merit, promotion, and bonus cycles including data validation and reporting.
• Support HRIS transactions, testing, and system enhancements as needed.
• Develop and maintain compensation procedures, templates, and documentation.
