Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to partner with leaders and HR teams to ensure compensation structures align with our philosophy and market trends. You will maintain programs, educate leaders, and support the development and implementation of compensation strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, at least 4 years HR experience with 2 in compensation, and strong data analysis abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years Human Resource experience with at least 2 years in Compensation.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to work with databases.
• Skilled at developing effective rapport with all levels of the organization.
• Able to analyze large volumes of data that supports appropriate compensation decisions.
