Open Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our manufactured housing community in Springfield, MO. You will work with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors to enforce regulations, monitor budgets, and drive occupancy.

You should bring strong leadership and customer service skills, be comfortable with multiple computer systems, and show initiative. Prior property management experience is preferred, with training provided and on-site responsibilities central to community

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills for working with residents, team members, vendors, and contractors.
• Ability to enforce tenant regulations and manage budgets.
• Experience coordinating repairs, occupancy, and move-ins/out processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collections and eviction processes as needed.
• Enforce park rules and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor income/expenses to meet financial targets.
