Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a Community Health Impact Analyst to join our team in Springfield, IL. The role supports assessing, demonstrating, and communicating the impact of its Community Health initiatives and investments.

You will provide analytical and evaluation expertise to strengthen program effectiveness, ensure readiness for evolving Community Benefit reporting and compliance requirements, and align work with organizational and community priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, public health, healthcare administration, health services administration, business administration, or a related field is required.
• A high school diploma, or equivalent, plus five (5) years of experience in data analytics, public health, healthcare administration, health services administration, business administration, or related experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Three years of experience in data analytics, public health, healthcare administration, health services administration, business administration, or a related field is required.
