Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Community Health Impact Analyst to join our Corporate Services team in Springfield, IL. This role analyzes, documents, and communicates the impact of our Community Health initiatives and investments, supporting data-driven decision making.

You will provide evaluation expertise, help align programs with community priorities, and assist with reporting requirements. The position is full-time, hybrid, with on-site days as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in data analytics, public health, healthcare administration, health services administration, business administration, or related field.
• High school diploma plus 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of experience in data analytics or related field required.

Mansioni

• Analyze and communicate the impact of Community Health initiatives and investments.
• Provide analytic and evaluation expertise to support informed decision-making.
• Strengthen program effectiveness and ensure alignment with community priorities.
