Job summary

MasTec's Clean Energy & Infrastructure communications team is seeking a social media communications professional. The role partners with internal stakeholders to plan, develop and publish content across channels, with a primary focus on social media strategy and content development while supporting employee communications and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related field.
• 3–5 years in corporate communications, digital communications, social media or marketing.
• Experience in corporate environment; construction/infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, edit, schedule and publish content across social media, email, intranet and websites.
• Develop and execute organic and paid social content and campaigns, manage editorial calendars and channels.
• Manage communications projects from planning through execution with stakeholders and timelines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support business priorities and employee engagement.
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve content and channel strategy.
• Edit and proofread communications to ensure accuracy and quality; support employee events.
