Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a communications and content specialist for a contract opportunity in the food & beverage industry. The role is hybrid in Philadelphia, PA with 4 days in office and 1 day work from home.

The candidate will craft content for print, digital, and social channels, create visual assets, and develop internal/external communications. 0–2+ years in communications or related fields is expected, with a Bachelor's degree and strong Canva/Adobe skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.
• Strong content creation skills with experience developing articles, visual assets, presentations, social media content, and short-form video for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and digital content best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across print, digital, and social channels for diverse audiences.
• Craft clear, compelling communications, including articles, newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn posts, announcements, and employee features.
• Create visual assets for social media, presentations, newsletters and digital communications.
• Develop engaging graphic and multimedia content for internal communications, external marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop engaging LinkedIn content that showcases company updates, product innovations, community impact, employee stories, business achievements, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Manage the social media content lifecycle, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement.
• Develop and distribute strategic communications for internal and external audiences, including executive messaging, town halls, newsletters, press releases, and employee engagement initiatives.
