Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a talented Media Coordinator & Content Specialist for a 06+ months contract with hybrid work in Dallas, TX and San Bruno, CA.

The role focuses on creating compelling social content, writing on-brand copy, and publishing across platforms to support healthcare/health tech initiatives. You will collaborate with the Social Media Manager, track performance, and propose data-driven improvements while maintaining a fast-paced workflow and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a social media, marketing, or content creation role.
• Proven ability to write clear, compelling copy for different platforms and formats.
• Demonstrable skills in graphic design and/or video editing for social media.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to manage high volume of tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating and managing content for healthcare, wellness, or life sciences brands.
• Portfolio showcasing content created for a professional brand.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising principles.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce a steady stream of original social media content (short-form video, graphics, stories, carousels).
• Copywriting: Write, edit, and proofread social media copy for posts, paid campaigns, and boosted content.
• Content Publishing: Use Sprinklr to schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Help assemble performance reports and data-driven recommendations.
• Trend Analysis: Research and present new ideas and trends to improve the content strategy.
