Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a compensation analyst to ensure timely processing of monthly broker and internal sales commissions, incentives, and bonuses under the direction of the Manager, Commissions. This cross-functional role partners with IT and business units to resolve data issues, implement annual compensation changes, and develop reports.

Strong Excel, analytical skills, and communication are essential; remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of business experience required.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel expertise and data interpretation.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely calculation and disbursement of commissions to Brokers and internal sales executives.
• Prepare audit reports, data input, reconciliations and analysis for monthly commissions.
• Review complex system adjustments and monthly production tasks; back-up support.
• Respond to broker payment inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate annual compensation plan testing and assignments; support policy development.
