This role analyzes compensation transactions, identifies trends, and recommends process improvements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder experience. You will develop reports and dashboards, perform reconciliations of commission and service fee payments, ensure licensing and contracting status is current, and collaborate with Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in compensation operations, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to develop actionable recommendations.
